Introduction

A quote I’ve no doubt you’re familiar with, but very apt.
It is not enough to be able recite the Jedi Code off pat. Nor is it enough to understand and be able to explain what it means. Even though I consider myself a Shadow, I still believe that the Code is a valuable tool for your everyday life.
The Jedi are Guardians of Peace in the Galaxy. How can we guard peace, if we are not at peace with ourselves.
Jedi use their powers for knowledge and defense, never to attack. In order to defend, we need courage, but courage of the right kind.
Jedi respect life, in any form. Respect starts with self-respect. To have self respect, one needs integrity.
Jedi support others, not rule over them, for the good of the galaxy.
Jedi seek to improve themselves through knowledge and training.
A Jedi is ever seeking knowledge and enlightenment, never using the Force to gain personal wealth or power.
