Training takes many forms at the Institute for Jedi Realist Studies. The most obvious is the Academy which offers structured, self-paced training to build a strong foundation as a Jedi. There are also independent study options. Much can be learned through informal interaction as takes place on the forum and in the chat room. The library houses material written from Jedi across the years and is taking submissions. Finally, anyone interested in undergoing research in a topic relevant to the Jedi path should explore the research program.
